Original late 1950s inky black impeccably fitting custom made evening gown by “Mr. Blackwell Custom!” Fully lined in black satin. Back hidden talon zipper with hook and eye closure. Signature tiny bow at the top of the back zipper. The entire bust area is hand embellished in sparkling crystal metal prong set rhinestones and glass beads. So intricate and eye catching- it looks like jewelry! The gown is darted and tailored to fit like an absolute glove, Mr. Blackwell pieces are known for this.

Mint pristine condition, size medium, accommodating a 36 to 37 inch bust, 28 to 29 inch waist, 38 inch hips, 56 inches total length.

The fabric of the dress is a linen silk blend. This piece was custom made. Would be gorgeous for New Year’s Eve!
