1940s Silk Crepe Custom Made Hawaiian Cheongsam by “Hoaloha”

An absolutely gorgeous 1940s silk Hawaiian curvy cheongsam style cocktail dress by “Hoaloha!” Made and styled in Hawaii. Love the Japanese print on this one with the shrine gates. Inky black silk crepe with such vibrant colors. Side metal zipper and traditional frog ties up the side shoulder in butter yellow silk crepe. Small satin shoulder pads, mandarin collar, darted bust, princess seamed midsection, straight pencil skirt with side slits. Total hourglass silhouette. This truly is such a special piece, even being smaller than the actual measurements, I’m very tempted to keep her.

Excellent condition, 2 of the darts have been opened in the back midsection, not noticeable at all when on.

Size larger medium, accommodating a 38/39” bust, a 32” waist, 42”hips, and 46” total length.
