Couture 1950s Draped Silk Brocade Hourglass Cocktail Dress with Obi Style Draped Back Bow

Va va VOOM! Such a phenomenal piece!

Part of my personal collection, original 1950s custom made draped silk hourglass bombshell cocktail dress with cascading double back silk sash! Fully lined in Kelly green satin. Back metal zipper with hook and eye closure. Back sash is lined in a semi-stiff material to hold its shape and fastens with hidden snaps over the zipper at the top. The green silk has embossed bouquets of roses all over it. Expertly draped by hand with hand stitched details on the inside. Thin silk spaghetti straps, sweetheart gathered shelf bust, fitted tailored midsection into a wasp waist, and slim tapered pencil skirt with back kick pleat. I love the hand draped ruching down the entire dress, and it hides any unwanted lumps or bumps very well! Just absolute 1950s bombshell perfection. This piece was custom made for the original owner, completely one of a kind.
