The Perfect 1970s Silk Organza Sheer Blouse w/ Huge Poet Sleeves

Quite literally, the perfect blouse. Original 1970s inky black sheer silk organza hourglass blouse with huge billowing poet sleeves! Buttons up the front with black lucite buttons. Accordion pleated horizontally down either side of the front. The huge sleeves have pleated lining at the shoulders so they stick out perfectly. Cuffs with matching lucite buttons. Can be worn completely buttoned up or open. The front of the shirt is lined / opaque, the back is sheer.
