I absolutely LOVE this piece. Original 1980s does 1930s style inky black velvet cropped bolero with HUUUGE intricately gathered puffed balloon sleeves that look like blooming roses! Made by “Victor Costa,” of course. Made in USA. The bodice is fully lined in black satin, the sleeves are lined in ballet slipper pink satin. Closes at the neckline with a hook and eye, can also be worn open.
