Rare 1980s “Thierry Mugler” Slip-On Jelly Shoes

These are not your average jelly shoes, these are circa 1985 by designer Thierry Mugler!! Notice the lightening bolt design?! 😍

Mugler designed these shoes for Grendha, the Brazilian company that claims to have introduced jelly shoes in the United States.

They feature the “Thierry Mugler” signature on the inside side of the shoe. Made in Brazil. Very pliable and yes, comfortable. Anyway you chop it, these are absolutely killer. I’ve only had them once before, and green, and they were in a very tiny size, this larger size is definitely a rare size to find.

Excellent condition

Size 38/39 or French 40/41. Fit a ball width of 3-3.5 inches I’d say. Measure 10.25 inches in total length but please remember they’re a tapered point. I’m a US size 8 and they fit me very comfortably.
