Original 1950s handmade Mexican cotton hand painted / hand sequined bolero jacket! Large pleated puffed sleeves. Frog closure at the front center bust. Rainbow multicolor hand sequined polka dots throughout, black sequin trim. I have never seen a piece like this, really unique. Would look awesome with a pencil skirt, a Mexican hand painted circle skirt, jeans, you name it!
