Such an extremely well-made piece, this piece reminds me of 1980s Betsey Johnson punk label! I love the novelty print featuring all of the astrological signs and constellations. Pulls on with a lace up corset adjustable bodice. The dramatic puff sleeves have built-in shoulder padding to hold their shape perfectly. The seam work on the skirt is very interesting, creating a flared mermaid hem. A very flattering silhouette, and a great stretchy cotton.
